To access the Starlux platform, you must undergo a background check. Starlux and its subsidiaries that contract with individuals who provide services requested through Starlux mobile apps (including Star Lux Enterprise Inc. (“Starlux Entities”) are committed to safety. As part of that commitment, an Starlux Entity may obtain “consumer reports” (background checks) about you from a consumer reporting agency (“CRA”) in connection with your ability to enter into or maintain an independent contractor relationship with that Starlux Entity.
